In charge of all the 'invasions' but isn't the leader of the race. He tells the Yvahs and Vevas where to go.
Once reaching Earth, he sends down a few Veva to scout. All but one return. He discovers it's merged with one of Earth's species, a human. He's annoyed, but brushes it off and decides to get rid of the traitor himself. It can't be that hard.
