Blair Willis was a soft-spoken woman who worked as hard as she could until the day she died. ,Like the other motels, she was subjugated by the mob since birth, and forced to work for them since the 60s. However, she was one of the few lucky enough to live through it, with the support of her sister and an unsuspecting hand from a fellow motel, Sterling Ryder, who took pity on her often.
Despite all the stress, she kept up a strong front, mostly out of self-preservation, but also for those around her.
If you were to ask anyone about her they'd say she was a very happy and optimistic person, but in reality, she was constantly scared and had a very poor outlook on life
Books and movies were a big form of escapism for her
