Lythune is one of the leaders of the Underwing, a governor of sorts. A pure Waral. She’s known for her silver tongue and elegant poise. A no nonsense leader, she expects everything to run as expected. Lythune is harsh and a realist in the state of how the Underwing should run. While she interacts a lot with the other politicians, she doesn’t give them a second thought, choosing to focus on her own ventures. Lythune can be seen often with Covey, one of the only other politicians she regular talks to but it’s a strange relationship with airs of rivalry between them.

She can often be seen with flora not native to the Underwing and uses some to decorate her mane and horns. Along with being referred to with epithets, dragons warn others of her wrath through a morbid folk song.

She takes the form of uncanny wildlife when contacting humans, such as a deer with sharp teeth or an adult snake with two heads, or as a shadowy form.
