18. Alab, male. Alab is the last pup to be born in this bunch, and his red hues are inherited from one of his grandparents, a very old quilldog. Alab has the ability to breathe dragon's fire, and his fur turns red hot when he creates this magical fire. The fire he wields, however, is unique in that it does not damage those it touches-- instead, it heals! Any wounds that are touched by his fire are healed. Many seek out his powers, but seek to abuse it-- keep people alive forever, people in power forever-- and because of this, he's escaped into the mountains, where he travels on paws that are as quick as a deer's.
