Tanker

Poacher, illegal fisherman, smuggler - Tanker is a man of high reputation with low people. While he is a dangerous individual he's also a businessman and more than happy to get you what you need - for a price. Seems to know Stubbs very well and the two seem to have almost a rival-like relationship - rumour has it they used to be business partners before parting ways. Either way, they don't clash too often which is just as well.

Likes fast boats, rigging traps, designing hidden room/cargo holds on boats, ice breakers, expensive whiskey, cheap cigarettes, cold steel, spicy tuna, caviar
