★ GENERAL T.O.S. 
     • You can use my designs for NSFW and suggestive artwork, but I would prefer if they were not used in fetish content.
     • Same goes for hateful content. Do not use my designs to spread hateful or discriminatory messages.
     • My designs are for personal use only, do not use them for commercial purposes without permission beforehand.
     • DO NOT USE MY WORK FOR NFTS OR AI TRAINING EVER.

★ REDESIGNS AND RESELLING 
Once you receive a design from me you can do pretty much whatever you want with it. You can retrade, resell, redesign as much as you want; it’s completely up to you.
     • Do not resell designs for a higher price UNLESS they have extra art or a significant redesign (e.g. changing more than just a few colors or a hair style).
     • Even if a character is redesigned please keep me credited as the original creator.

        * When I calculate character value I only count commissioned art/art I create towards total value. Gift art and art I receive from forum games does not factor into the total value of a character. 

★ REMOVING FROM TOYHOUSE
I would like it if I was notified before my designs are removed from toyhouse, but it’s not a requirement, so don’t feel pressured! I just like to keep track of my designs.
