Crackhead Lucky was born from a bad egg so his dad Asterisk really wouldn't be surprised if the corruption risk for his son was higher. Also with the fact he is the outcome of a failed ritual adding to his theory.

But so far, with Lucky being in adolescence, he's doing pretty swell and just behaving like a child on tons of candy. Though, that guy is literally scaring others with his eye and the way his scales look so so far, he's failed to actually find friends to hang out with. 

Even more, the monstrosity that is his dead father's ghost still follows Lucky and he can actively talk to him. However, he is the only one who can see him so it often looks like he's staring into your soul or into infinity when he's really looking at his father standing behind you in an undeterminable distance.
