PROFILE
Rory was always a troublesome kid, getting into fights at school and not focusing well at school. However, the one thing he was always sure of was his protective nature over his baby sister, Sofia. Their parents were extremely physically and emotionally abusive growing up, so when he hit 18 he ran away from home with little Sofia in tow. He was both a brother and father to her. Due to his rough and tumble nature, he took up detective work as an occupation. His whole life changed trajectory when he joined the precinct and met the man who would change his life, Wilcoxen, a lab rat with supernatural powers.
One night, on duty, Rory Davidson was shot and killed. Months later, mysteriously, he came back from the dead. His story of one is him attempting to figure out what on earth happened. He's the main character of "Man Alive".
PERSONALITY
Rory is never someone to do something subtly. He laughs, loves, cries, hates, fights, talks, loud. He's the epitome of someone who has a rough appearance, with a stubbly scarred face and large, callused hands, but who has a big heart on the inside. He hates his parents and loves his sister with his whole heart. He's an amazing family man, and will always help out a person who is in need. He's not particularly fond of playing by the rules, and did poorly in all forms of school.

- Rory is fluent in ASL, it's how he talks to his sister.
- Rory smokes cigarettes very frequently.
- Despite being attracted to women, Rory has barely ever held down relationships with women. He gets overwhelmingly nervous around them. All of his long-term relationships were with men.
- He keeps a lighter with Judy Garland on it in his breast pocket at all times.
- His nose is permanently bent from a particularly bad punch he took in high school.
- He's worked many menial jobs back-to-back for most of his life to take care of his sister and provide housing for them. He's the ultimate blue collar man.
- His dad is Irish and his mom is Italian. The two of them met when his mom was visiting America briefly. They fell in love, and she became pregnant with Rory right away. When he was old enough, eventually she left Rory in America to stay with his father while she struggled to apply for a Visa, as her family in Itality was very poor. She became pregnant with Sofia shortly before leaving America. Although Rory was a teen when he met Sofia for the first time, he always felt overwhelming protectiveness over her.
