Mystic come to Earth a few years ago. Nobody know how or when ( excatly ) they come, nor where their home is. Actually, there's a lot of mysterys that turn around them...

Mystic's original form is... water. I means, not mineral water like we have, but a "variant" water that you cannot drink. This fact makes that they're able to shapeshift onto approximately anything, on the form of a water clone. And it's actually what they did when they came to Earth: they've taken the first form that they see: a cat, with a long fur. The shapeshift wasn't - and still not - complete, as we can see at the end of their tail.
