Hendrick is a hard worker within the Sharks, and is typically rather laid back unless instructed to carry out Layton's bidding. While he can be calm, he is able to put his personal feelings aside and adopt a 'business' personality, where he acts out simply because it's his job. He's a man of strategy and does his all to approach things in a less violent measure, although he's learned not to speak against Layton and will do as he said. Hendrick is very passionate and has a clear sense of morality, partially due to his upbringing and being a complete mama's boy, and this wrecks havoc when it comes to making inhumane decisions and obeying commands his instincts object to.
