Character Description Tall but not overly slender and most peculiarly gender ambiguous considering their squarer jaw and scruffy little chin. Dark “black” skin with a base of bluish tones with darker fur/hair accented with golden streaks. Golden eyes with intense starburst pupils, and smooth golden antlers. Differing even further from a usual veira in that Carousel is covered in sparse patches of fur and a neat little rabbit tail which you can pry from my cold dead hands. Something is kind of off about Carousel, in a disarming way.
Character Backstory Carousel is deliberately ambiguous with their backstory. They’ve never mentioned where they’re from exactly, or even at all, and who it was they used to work for. They showed up in Limsa with bags full of coins that was clear didn’t belong to them originally. They arrived off the airship, headed to the square and spotted Mother Mighty, and promptly attached themselves to her. After confirming they weren’t going to be told to go away (much to their delight), it lead to them meeting their other closest friends Lillies and her boyfriend Z’inak, and the regular cryptids Howl and Chilael. If someone was to pay attention, Carousel is nervous about something they’re hiding and is probably being pursued for escaping with 1 million gil and then spaffing it on clothes and furniture.
