History

Blue Monday only appeared with New Order several years after New Order's creation. He simply appeared inside New Order's mouth one day, with no apparent origin or cause. New Order and his user assumed Blue Monday to be an extension of his powers, like a sub-stand. It's not known whether Blue Monday is independent of New Order or not. However what is known is Blue Monday cannot detach himself from New Order's tongue. If Blue Monday is detached he will die, along with New Order. The small isopod-like stand works along with New Order, helping him accomplish tasks for his (or their) user. 

Personality

Blue Monday is more calm and relaxed compared to his energetic host. He gets annoyed by New Order often and would really prefer to live outside on his own instead of be stuck inside someone else's mouth.

Skills and Abilities

Since he lives inside the mouth of another stand and is very small, Blue Monday is assumed to be very weak. His entire ability revolves around helping New Order/ New Order's user. His ability is to speed up New Order or his user by up to 25%. Combined with New Order's time-slowing, this can be a very deadly combination. He can't speed up both New Order and his user, only one at a time. Other than this Blue Monday has the ability to spit a bit of acid out of New Order's mouth. It isn't very powerful but does stun opponents for a few seconds and can be used as a close range defense. It doesn't travel very far.
