Chika, also known as Chi to her loved ones, is a 20-year-old fairy that has been given the job of keeping the important waters surrounding the fairy village "Lullaby" clean at the mere age of 4. This is because the other fairies of Lullaby deemed her the chosen one for having waterfall-like hair.
Chika is a little bit grumpy, but she will protect the ones she loves with everything she has if necessary. She takes her job very seriously.

Chika has blue waterfall-like hair and soft purple eyes.
She always wears at least one bow in her hair and a choker. Her closet consists of mainly blue and purple outfits as those are her favorite colors.
Her outfits also tend to have bows of them as she really loves those.
