"You should think twice before declining my deal... You may not like the consequences."
The new Dealer, after the last one ended up dead. Formerly being called Francis, he is a young man that came from Xitan to Ylteria, yet has little care left for his former home.
He acts provocative and loves to show off his power. The deals he offers usually contain more of a gain for only Ylteria and less for the person involved, yet declining would only worsen their situation; a lose-lose situation as soon as you get involved with him. Unlike his predecessor, he cares a lot about his client's origin - which means that once he finds out that someone is from Xitan, the deals will drastically be worse, as his hate for the people of his home country had been fueled by the re-education he went through.
Also unlike the former Dealer, Francis doesn't mind using dirty tricks to get people do as he pleases - so offering a drugged cup of water is nothing out of the ordinary. In fact, he'd soon start a cooperation with the Alchemist, providing her with new "willing" test subjects in exchange for more "medicine" that guarantees a nice deal - for him.
Design Details
- He wears a total of four simple silver rings; one on each index and ring finger.
- He has a scar on his left shin. Due to that old injury, he also limps a little when walking.

Trivia
- He's actually Dr. Isran's grandson, a surprise for most who knew him. This information is being kept away from Francis though, just in case he could otherwise become as... unpredictable as Isran had been.

The Dealer [ Predecessor ]
Actually, Francis had little to do with the former Dealer, as he was directly brought into the re-education center after being found instead of making a deal with the other. Still, as the comparisons to him started as soon as Francis received the title, the latter was sure he'd be everything the former one was unable to. Where the former one was too soft on people, Francis decided to be ruthless; where the former only used words, Francis would take all possible tools; where the former would let people go, Francis would make sure they would regret no accepting his deals.
And most importantly, unlike the former Dealer, he would not have his file marked with "FAILURE".
