BACKSTORY
100 YEARS AGO....
Rose was a human born before the War of Rose, which began almost 100 years ago. Rose was an abandoned child, hailing from the old continent now known as the tenth branch.
Rose eventually grew up to be a societal example of an average person, finding a career as an adequately successful businessperson.
One evening, as Rose returned home from their regular overtime, they were brutally attacked. Their Body mutilated beyond recognition and yet, for some reason, kept barely alive. The scent of Rose's Soul eventually attracted Beelzebub, the lord of flies and, ultimately, the Demon Flowers.
Like a Bee drawn to a Flower, Beelzebub could not resist the dying Body and proposed an offer to the Rose.
Let him plant his seed into the remains of Rose's Body, and Rose would be granted a new life in exchange.
"Okay."
Without hesitation Rose accepted, They had an important business meeting the next day.

THROUGHOUT THE YEARS....
The acts performed that night left both of them flabbergasted. Rose had obtained a new form, that of The Demon Rose, and was completely healed of prior mutilation.
Meanwhile, Beelzebub, fully expecting Rose to be a zombie corpse with a weird growth on its head or something, had never bred an entirely new breed of Demon. Intrigued, Beelzebub declared Rose part of his Army for the upcoming War for Hell. Together, they established the new continent known as "Ekron City."
Through encounters with Demons, Angels, and religious folk alike, the two identified the reasoning behind Rose's unique disposition. In reality, Rose was a human vessel carrying the soul of an Angel. Planting a Demons seed into Angel's soul through a Humans Body created the strange being known as the Demon Rose. However, why an Angel was stuck there in the first place remains unknown.

PRESENT DAY....
Fast forward to present-day Ekron, Rose had been the sole member of Beelzebub's Army, successfully fending off stray demons that try to attack the City. However, due to the tenth branch illuminating the world, Rose's power had to be divided amongst a new generation of Demon Flowers to keep up with the demands of the now restless warlords of the neighboring Branches. TODAY.....
Currently, Rose works as a guide and mentor to the Demon Flowers. While their power is significantly reduced, they remain stationed at the City to protect it while the other Demon Flowers go on "missions" outside Ekron's Borders.
As a Human, Rose simply goes by Rose, as they do not remember their name after gaining their demonic powers. They work with "Mayor B" as his secretary. But really, they're just a glorified butler.
