Benjamin is a timid man, never one to attempt to be the center of attention, feeling like a deer caught in headlights when the spotlight is on him. He's quiet, seeming to lurk behind the people he surrounds himself with. Although in a professional setting he can be assertive, usually he'll fall back in on himself and just hope that things work out the way he'd like them to. - Appearance
He's a shorter man, very lanky, looking as though he'd barely weight 130 soaking wet. He looks and dresses like a 90s coming of age movie nerd, sporting rounded glasses, wavy short ginger hair, and usually some brightly coloured or patterned button-up shirt. - Likes

- Backstory
Benjamin Hyde grew up in rural upstate New York, a small town that had more cows than it did people and a 30 minute bus ride from the local high school. He lived some what away from the main town, further down a dirt road, something he'd come to take advantage of in his teen years. Morbid was a way to describe the young man, taking far too much an interest in biology classes that involved disction, eventually taking the hobby home with him, finding animals that had been struck by cars to cut apart in his back yard. His parents thought nothing of it, assuming one day he might pony up about his grades and become a fine doctor or vet, however his plans didn't align. By the time he was meant to start college he was all but failing out of highschool and last minute got into a communications program at a college down near the city. Somehow this translated to a manager position with a small record label, and with which was placed with a jazz band of what Benny could only describe as the weirdest people he'd ever met. It was a normal boring life for the man who used to find himself the animal autopsy specialist of the middle of nowhere... until finding a body curled up in a deep freezer owned by the band, both realizing maybe his hobbies didn't have to end and also that he'd gotten himself involved with far more than he ever expected.

Benjamin Hyde died how you may expect he would. He wasn't scary, he wasn't a hardened criminal, and he fell right into the jaws of people who were. On a delivery he thought of as routine, bringing a cooler of "exotic" meats to people he'd never supplied before instead of recieving a handsome sum of money for his troubles he was met with a gun to his temple. - Extra
