A devious group of toons who worship a long forgotten god, led by the mysterious and chaotic prophet, Clement. They pay their diety in praise, sacrifice, and acts of mischief. Promised by their prophet that their worship will soon bring about an age of calamity and chaos to all who oppose them.

Attempts at reviving worship of their forgotten god spanned many years before the cult's offical revival in 1912. However, these previous attempts had all ended in failure, either due to inattentive followers or rogue leaders. It wasn't until Clement appeared, leading his loyal followers to prosperity, that the Cult of Catastrophe finally started to thrive as a place of worship.
