A sadomasochistic yet lovable menace to society, Chishiya loves to be the center of attention; whether it be putting on a performance with singing and dancing, or by participating in fighting rings.

Chishiya is mentally insane; hence his nickname "Mad Dog". This persona of his is a result of numerous attempts on his life and all the pain and torture he was forced to endure before he took charge of his own life. He gets his fierce tenacity from an old friend who aided him, along with his unwavering good sense of morals, and his soft spot for women and children.

Chishiya only made it this far as a result of countless sacrifices and advice from former associates and friends. He vowed to help those in need, and he will continue to help so long as he is alive.

You should also know, Chishiya isn't serious often. He lives for himself, not caring what others think of him, and likes to be seen as unpredictable to those around him. Due to this, there's no telling when he'll break into song and dance (he has a great voice), or just show up in drag. To pass his downtime, Chishiya loves to unwind at his favorite hotspot - a Karaoke club!
