Rhett is a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and is lead in the case to find and apprehend a fugitive scientist named Sebastian. He also discovers Finley, someone he had a past physical relationship with, to be a part of Sebastian’s scheme. Needless to say, their relationship doesn't last very long once Rhett discovered the truth for himself. Rhett continues to work on this criminal case, falling into lots of twists and turns and some dead ends once Finley and Sebastian go completely off the grid.
