Dokuko is, at the beginning of her story, a first year at UA. She wanted to become a hero, despite her poison quirk making people think she was more suited to being a villain. Her quirk is Poison, the ability to produce various chemicals from spigots embedded in her wrists and ankles. These chemicals can have many purposes, such as antifreeze, solvent, or jet fuel, though all are toxic to humans. They are also made from her blood, so she gets dizzy and faint if she overuses her quirk and has to replenish her blood so she can keep making chemicals. 

After two years at UA, she had an accident when another student used their quirk to deflect acid that she was creating, leaving her chemically burned down the side of her face. The other student was even more injured, losing several limbs. After that she decided that there was no point in trying to do something she could never succeed at. She left the school and became a villain, going by the name of Doctor Poison. She's mainly an assassin/killer for hire, focusing on improving the lethality of her poisons. Now, she can kill with a drop of liquid. Despite this, she still misses her little brother, and would go home if she wasn't so afraid of being rejected.

She was a somewhat shy girl, intellectual and cheery, though quiet. As far as dress goes, she's a bit of a pastel goth. She would probably dye her hair if it wasn't already an interesting color. 

Design notes: Her star birthmark is on her left, the opposite of her brother's. In her villain version, it's burned off. She usually keeps the spigots on her arms and legs covered when she isn't actively fighting. Her costume is designed to effectively dispense and store her poisons, while protecting her from them. 

Her hero costume is poison and acid-resistant, with various containers on her belt and wrists to store poisons so she doesn't have to continuously produce them, some emergency food and water for if she loses too much blood, and rocket boots powered by a highly-efficient but toxic fuel produced from her ankle spigots. Her villain costume has many of the same functions, though it has more protection for her and less for other people. Her wristbands are for protection, and keep her from accidentally leaking poison on things. She always wears them in public.
