Fudo is a second-year student at UA, in the Hero Course. His quirk is Heat Thief, the ability to steal body heat from any living thing he touches. His body temperature rises proportionally to the heat he takes, so despite the fact that he has a much higher heat tolerance than most people, he has to be careful not to give himself a fever. He's mostly a support type hero, using his ability to cool people off with heat stroke or fevers, though he can also stop villains by siphoning enough of their heat to give them hypothermia. He's the person to be around on hot days, or cold ones, since he can absorb heat from plants and conduct it to people through a layer of clothing. The ring around his neck is a portable ac unit that helps him stay cool when he's using his quirk. His hero costume further helps him regulate his body temperature, as well as giving him the ability to shoot superheated bursts of air. He's Uchū's best friend, and they often exercise together. Eventually they hope to be part of a hero team together.
