These are my terms of service. If you own one or more of my designs, or even if you don't, please read all of them. If you do not abide by my ToS, you may be blacklisted depending on the severity of the broken rule/s.

Section 1: Trading, Gifting and Selling

1. My designs cannot be sold for any currency unless they have been commissioned/have commissioned art attached [for gifted/traded designs].
2. Designs you have received from me for free can only be gifted.
3. You may not gift, trade, or sell my designs to blacklisted users.
4. My designs [without added art] can be traded if you did not receive them for free, or sold if they were commissioned.

Section 2: Credit and Usage

1. My designs can be redesigned as long as I am still credited for the original design and the redesign does not stray too far from the original.
2. I should not be credited offside for any designs. Old designs should be credited to my side account, @AutumnSpots.
3. My designs can not be deleted from toyhou.se without my express permission.
4. You cannot post my designs anywhere without proper credit.

Section 3: Design Permissions

1. Please do not edit the original art of designs you receive from me. If you need something minor edited [adding or removing marking/s, name/pronouns in a ref, etc.], please contact me.
2. You may change the species of any of my designs, as well as an anthro to feral switch, or vice versa.
3. You may not use my designs for NSFW/suggestive/mature art, NFTs, or hateful art.
4. Do not recreate a trans design of mine to be detransitioned [ex. removing top scars to make a FTM character a cis woman]. If the design is not created with the intent of it being trans [ex. no visible transition surgery, no trans flag in the ref/design, etc.], they can be switched from trans to cis.
5. Do not heavily reference, copy, or steal my designs.

Section 4: Art Permissions

1. Please do not edit any art you receive from me. If you need something minor edited [missing marking/s, color switch, etc.], please contact me.
2. Do not use my art for NFTs, YCHs, bases or the intent of being sold.
3. Do not heavily reference, trace, or steal my art.

Section 5: Edits and Refunds

1. I will send WIPs at the sketch, lineart, and color stages stages. I will make edits at these stages. After the commission is completed, I will not make any edits.
2. At the sketch stage, I will make major edits [pose, outfit switch, large accessories, etc.].
3. At the lineart stage, I will make minor edits [hairstyle switch, small accessories, etc.].
4. At the color stage, I will make minor edits [hue shift, adding/removing markings, recoloring smaller areas, etc.].
2. Refunds are allowed at any point before I send you the lineart. After this stage, refunds are not accepted.
