Cecil is a solitary, stoic and quiet person. Their personality is very soft and mellow. They are kind of like a cloudperson, whispy and faded. They are very gey and have certain abilities to do with air and light, but they are not one of much action.
They can see through the blindfold, although it looks solid from the outside. They cover their eyes because their eyes allow them to see too much of well.. everything. They may be solitary, but they have many worlds inside their own head, including an empty, peaceful place where they spend most of their time. It is hard to get their attention when they're in their headspace. They are ageless and have traveled to many worlds both inside and outside of their head. WIP (if i ever finish this lmao)
