A chronic gambler who sneaks into the party's ship to return to the Grand Casino. He's a bit sketchy but well meaning, and offers to be a guide into the casino in exchange- he's been there a lot after all.
His eyes can literally roll, as in different dice rolls, either based on his mood or to accentuate what he's saying.
He gambled his horns away, he always loses but can't seem to stop...
His final design color wise is still a wip, I can't decide :(
