-Acts much like an overworked assistant.
-Can be prone to pretend melodrama. It's often hard to tell if it's genuine or not.

-Seriously an excellent weather woman. Doesn't like being asked for the news too often though.

-Her "ears" are capable of moving, and she'll flap them on occasion if feeling particularly happy or excited. Lost her original ears in a Noodle Incident and decided to go artificial.

Abilities:

Anxiety/Despair - Capable of causing people to feel despair and anxiety so intense they become unable to do anything else. Can cause people to develop depression and anxiety disorders. Can also cause them to fall into a despairing/anxious sleep.

Harbinger - Can sense various situations that are about to occur. Generally has it set to default weather conditions and danger levels, but can be specified/fine-tuned to include looming deaths or attacks or birthdays, etc. Can also use it to incite natural disasters to occur. Most proficient with small storms and waves.

Size Warp (Weave) - Can change the sizes of objects. Such as make trucks small, store them, then throw them at people, and bring them back to their full sizes at that moment. Can specify certain parts of it, like making the blade of a sword much longer.

Telepathy & Telekinesis: Capable of communicating with people mentally, does this with her superior frequently and can throw things like trucks at people with her mind.

Cybernetics - Has cybernetics that give her increased speed and durability, and ridiculously good hearing that can also detect various atmospheric and magical statistics in her nearby area. Also able to communicate via electronics.

Equipment:

Sword - Rapier that can be summoned at will and can change the length of the blade and even become curvy. The cutting edge can be of normal strength or changed to become diamond-blade sharp. Causes the opponent to become 10% slower with each strike, and saps their energy. 

-Carries little things in her pockets that turn into small ships and 18-wheelers to attack with.
