Biography: A mysterious yet eccentric terrorist and dangerous telekinetic, Redgrave plans to finish what SALEN started, envisioning a world where humanity has evolved past it’s current physical and mental limitations using technology, by any means necessary. His telekinetic abilities were created through grueling, unethical experimentation by SALEN scientists and genetic engineers, leading him to become the only subject to successfully develop said abilities. In order to get what he wants done, Redgrave “employs” death row inmates, mercenaries and political prisoners. Of course, they’re experimented on first, fitted with his technology to enhance their strength, durability and stamina, and technology to strip them of their humanity and free will.
