Thomasin is a thin person and is of average height. Their skin is fair with a warm undertone, their eyes are almond shaped and a vibrant, medium blue hue. Their long, curly hair is a pale ash blonde with visible brown roots. They most often wear their hair up in a ponytail.
Thomasin likes both masculine and feminine clothing, many of their clothing items are thrifted or had been made for them by their now ex-girlfriend, Gladys. While not always the case, they dress in light, neutral colors and are cozy yet professional looking for their jobs.

Thomasin is a very shy, anxious person who easily fades into the background in all social situations. They are not upset by this, however, as they don’t really know how to handle attention. They are highly empathetic and can very easily read the emotions and secret motives of other people around them, which they often find overwhelming and even upsetting. Thomasin has undiagnosed autism, which has contributed to all of these struggles in their social life.
They are very skilled at analyzing, editing and writing, hence their primary job as a newspaper editor. While they don’t mind working under other people, they’d like to someday be able to publish their own works, specifically in the realm of fiction. They struggle with finding inspiration, however, and tend to keep a lot of their work to themselves.

Thomas was born the youngest child to an older, retirement-age couple. Thomasin had 8 older siblings, but with many of their older siblings either going through college or starting their own families, they very much felt like an only child. While they were loved deeply by both of their parents and treated like a miracle baby, growing up they always felt like a burden due to their parents’ ages. These feelings were only exacerbated by the fact that they were living in a small, outdated trailer on the edge of town.
Their parents did their best to keep financial worries at bay, but Thomasin’s fears got the better of them and they got a job at fifteen. They began paying for their own necessities behind their parents’ backs as well as putting any spare money they had in places where their parents would find it.
Around this time he would be introduced to Gladys and Tawny, the three of them becoming fast friends and Thomasin even developing feelings for Gladys.
After a traumatic event on Halloween of the same year, however, their friend group would be broken apart, only to be reunited a few years later.
Thomasin and Gladys would quickly jump into a relationship, but would ultimately break it off as they quickly became codependent and unhealthy.

🌻 Because of their impoverished upbringing they have a lot of fear surrounding money and tend to overwork themselves. They’re always looking for another job opportunity and refuse to spend money on things that aren’t absolutely necessary.
🌻 Their most prized possession is a quilt that had been made for them by a distant relative, it was a gift.
