This man's about as straight-laced as they come. He's never been a rabble rouser and likely never will— in fact, it's almost as if he excels at keeping the peace. He grew up being the goody-two-shoes of his family with his sister, Anais, getting into the most trouble. Sweet enough to help the kind elderly couple in his neighborhood every weekend, but too shy to ask for a second serving of the couple's famous orange-lime cheesecake even after all these years. (They've learned to just give him an extra big slice, if not the entire thing.)

He's led a sheltered life (despite those first few years in the foster system- nothing but vague impressions of loneliness and insecurity remain from that time) as the adopted son of a business mogul, especially since his father was never one to try to mold his meek son into something he shied away from.

Things didn't get better until he grew older. As a kid, he was shy and awkward with a stutter that only faded in his junior year of high school, and frequently hung out with (and hid behind) his more vivacious sister before he met his current boyfriend. So in the beginning, he dedicated himself to his music and learning the piano beyond most pursuits. But the thought of being too far from home seemed to stay his hand-- though he loved creating new scores and play with compositions, he knew a career as a pianist would see him scour the world with his talents. An admirable goal, for sure, but his dedication to his family meant he wanted to stay close where he could. It helps knowing that he's always welcome in his mother and father's, his Alphas' arms, and he couldn't give that up for the world.

Nowadays, he's shifted his focus to a more technical outlook now that he's finishing up his master's degree. Though he couldn't be called a genius, he loves the fact that he can still pick up new skills, and computer science is definitely something he didn't think he'd be doing 5 years ago. It's a nice change of pace for him.
