Oleander

The daughter of renowned mechanic Xander Mahoe and tech engineer Irene Mahoe. Irene passed away when Oleander was only a year old, leaving the responsibility of Oleander's care resting in Mr. Mahoe's hands, all as he began to separate himself from the shady business opportunities he took up from a once thriving globally spread mafia. Since she was born, Oleander would occasionally hear a strange voice in her dreams, accompanied by dreamscapes of fantastical natural environments, vivid and covered with distinct blue and pink flora. As she grew older these voices and dreamscapes would become clearer for her to interpret. It was the call of a long dormant god of nature, calling themselves "Nerium". That much info is all Oleander could gleam from those many years of dreams, and she made it her goal to seek out more info in the real world that could help her discover more about this dormant god. Oleander would grow up surrounded by her dad's mechanic work and had regular access to his supplies and tools. With a passion also brewing for art, she would teach herself on all the tools her dad had to create vivid, artsy contraptions inspired by what she saw in her dreams. The flower hairpiece and jewelery she wears is one of those many pieces she's made, and the makeup she puts on her face also comes from those dreams.
