An 'angel' that has been cast down to watch over earth. He despises his higher ups for it and doesnt do much to help earth.
When he finds out about Gaspar and fritz's appearance and awful doings he watches them from afar for a while. He finds them interesting but does try to abide to his reason for being on earth and warns fritz to quit killing humans recklessly. He leaves them for a bit and eventually finds out that not only did they not stop, but gaspar (who is supposed to be watching over fritz and he knows about why theyre down here from finding out over the time he left) has joined in with her chaos. He finds them in the act and fights them both over it, however hes not used to fighting, and also has lost some of his powers from being on earth so he loses and backs down.
Fritz is excited to defeat him and tries to befriend him, which he accepts only to get her to stop asking him as her energy is a bit much for him to deal with.
