Electric Chunk's Ownership

**This is a contract, and by buying an adoptable from me, you are agreeing to this and the terms within it. I have full legality to take back my adoptable's copyright if you break any part of this contract, thank you!**

1. Reselling Reselling the adoptable is fine, but you are not permitted to sell it for more than what you bought it for UNLESS stated otherwise. You are also allowed to resell any art included with the adoptable, but as stated, not for more than what it cost you from me.

2. Changing the Design Changing the design of an adoptable I sell is perfectly fine unless stated otherwise.

3. Refunds If you AB an adoptable, you are entitled to a refund within the first 24 hours if it is an auction. If it is not an auction, you are allowed a refund. If it is an auction and you did not autobuy but were instead the winning bid, I do not do refunds.

4. Credit You must give me credit for any photos of the adoptable you upload / use that is drawn by me.

5. Defacing You are allowed to edit / change the adoptable's design. You are NOT allowed to deface any artwork I have done of the adoptable. This will get you blacklisted unless stated otherwise.

6. Payment

DA CORE MEMBERSHIP: in order to pay with this the adoptable must cost the same amount as how ever long you're buying me a Core Membership for

DA POINTS: you MUST pay through my commission widget, paying through my donation pool is considered a donation and not payment for the product.

PAYPAL: you MUST pay and select "paying for goods and services", NOT "payment for friends and family".
