Is usually seen with Soshingu. Leans to a male persona, but also goes by they/them. He is fascinated by fluorescent lighting, but is afraid of drawing near to cities and large settlements, so he will stay away and admire from afar. It is usually only the modern and futuristic cities that have this Hoshi nervous. However, ancient settlements that have only primitive technology are the ones that he tends to hang around.
