Design Terms of Use
1. My designs are allowed for resell/voucher with the price you got them for and other added monetary value. Personal art should be priced accordingly for vouchers.Â
2. Raffled/free/gifted designs are only tradeable if you add to it's value (personal/gifted art, commission, etc.).Â
3. Credit to me must be retained
4. Currently my designs are for personal use only, please DM me if you need anything with commercial use
5. Redesigns are allowed but please keep the original design recognizable, alternate outfits/AUs/Closed Species edits are always allowed
6. Please inform me when you trade or resell the design outside of TH as i want to keep track of my designs
7. Every payment for adopts will be done through paypal and in USD currency
8. Do not use my designs for offensive means (racism, phobias, etc.)Â
9. Do not color trace, steal, or break any of the general art rules!Â
Please avoid giving my characters to who you see as problematic people or supports bad ideals!Â
You will agree to my terms of service once you have received my designs from me or from other users through any means. Failure to meet my terms will result in a block and blacklist.Â
