Goes by different names, Lias is an enigmatic and taciturn figure opting to isolate himself deep in a dreamlike void people watching. He resides within a large floating compound in a cosmic space, sitting in one of the rooms in the endless corridor watching all of the events that are currently happening in a flurry of flashing images on an old television. Most don't know he exists and he prefers to keep it that way.
