Rook is the leader of a gang in the city who is known to be ruthless and do awful things (cutting out people's tongues, giving them scars, killing people, etc) to protect their little brother Magpie. Rook is just a mother hen at least in regards to Magpie. Their balance is a little off because of their robot arm, and they usually walk around with a cane.

They're still very attached to their ex girlfriend Swan, and they still sleep together from time to time. Swan is their biggest blind spot in regards to their life. She's the one thing outside of keeping Magpie safe that they allow themself to have.
