Breaking any of these TOS may result in blacklist, please read carefully.
Sale and Trading
- Free-obtained characters do not follow these rules, please check freebie-specific rules instead
- Do not offer on a character and backout after, make sure you really want the character
- Do not ask to buy an character if you can't pay for it
- Holds are okay for offers above $40
- Payment plans only for offers above $100
- 2 weeks cooldown for reselling/trading
- Don't sell a character for more than its base value unless it has extra art
- Art offers need to be done in 1 month or i'll reopen the character; if more time is needed, please let me know.
Redesigns
- You can redesign any design you got from me.
- You can create alternative forms/designs for any character you got from me
Comercial use
- any kinds of animation/projects are fine, even if it involves money
- You are free to use the character for merch, but please don't use my art for it.
- Do not use my art in AI or for NFT stuff.
Freebie Rules
- These are specific for free-obtained characters, they will not follow the normal rules.
- To being able to get a freebie, you must sub to me (New followers are welcome)
- All free obtained designs from me have a trading cooldown of 1 month
- All free characters are worth $0, they will only increase value with added art.
- If no art was added and the value still $0 , you can't trade any free designs for monetary value.
