CECIL

Cecil is the overenthusiastic host of his home towns local radio station. He oversees the goings and daily life of everything in town, as he has for as long as the town itself has been around. He originally started out as a old hippie style disc jockey in his younger years before putting his passion for reporting and entertaining into his eventual career as a radio host. He's as human as everyone else on the streets seems to appear, however his influence and abilities imply he may not be as ordinary as he himself believes. Cecil looks roughly late thirties to early forties in appearance alongside being, tall, lanky and adorned with tattoos that have a personality of their own. He is happily married to his husband, Carlos.

Cecil can be described as flamboyant, friendly and someone who is a constant open book. He is a people person and even though he enjoys personal time to himself, he doesn't enjoy going long spans of time without being around others. He can be a huge people pleaser, however, and will often put everyones wellbeing and safety over his own. He holds a lot of power over the people of his town and this sometimes can be used for the worst, leading either his own overwhelming feelings or his strong empathy for others to skew his morals or actions. It is very uncommon to see him anything but chirpy and happy, but when angered or threatened he can be a force to be reckoned with.
