Ruoshan

Self-proclaimed guardian spirit of a village in the mountains. Requires the villagers to sacrifice a human to him once a month in exchange for protecting them from other Skeletaile that may wander nearby. Enjoys observing festivals and will sometimes join in on the fun (much to the villagers' dismay).
