Do NOT sell a design of mine for more than you paid for it unless with extra art.

Prices on my designs are NULL if you traded for it. Value will be set to 0$.

Commercial use (advertisements, mascot, videos, etc) is only allowed if you have written consent from me to do so.

Do NOT use my designs for homophobic, Racist, anti-Semitic or any oppressive regimes. (If the character has something to do with any of these things that is fine as long as you yourself do not use it to promote these ideals)

If I find that you have done any of these things with the design I reserve the right to revoke the design without refund as my intellectual property. Refunds will have to be discussed between you and old owner if you are getting it from someone else.

If you sell a design to someone for more than you paid for it with no extra art, the design and any of my art will be nullified and you will have to refund the buyer. Don’t design flip.
