Quartz

His name is Quartz! He's not your average everyday Gengar. He's part Dragon-type!

He's a sweetheart, loving the idea of making new friends and helping out whenever the opportunity arises. However, his Dragon-type nature has gotten him ridicule from other Gengar. Despite this, he keeps smiling and doesn't give up. You can even sometimes see him in Zoruopolis traveling the city streets being a friendly face!

You can also see him with his mate, Nyx the Gengar (from AceSpace42), often too. The two love each other dearly!

His moveset consists of Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, Calm Mind, and Dazzling Gleam.
