Skyler is an immortal stuck in a 16 years old body due to the curse from the Book of Time. He's a self-proclaimed "most powerful mage" as he knows almost all the spells in the world of Arcania. Due to his physically young body, he couldn't handle a huge amount of magic hence him passing out almost everytime after battle. He used to travel around the world searching for clues to break out of his immortal curse but couldn't find anything. In the end he accidentally misplaced his teleportation spell and ended up passing out in front of the mansion that belongs to the guild that he's currently in.
Skyler is able to use all sorts of spells easily... except that he just passes out right after. Physically he could be the weakest but no one can come near him if he has his magic. His most powerful ability, which also is the reason why he's cursed with immortality, is his time manipulation magic. He is able to turn something either to the future or past but he's not using it on living creatures unless he pushes himself over the limit. He could stop the time around the radius of 5 meter for a short amount of time.

He is quite cunning and acts like a bastard at times, loves manipulating, scamming and picking fights with others. He also has a very short temper as he gets irritated quite easily and tend to does things without a second thought when he gets underestimated. Despite being a trash, he has some good sides to him as he would always be there to help when trouble comes.
Observant, Reliable
Despite his impulsive attitude, he takes extra precaution before doing anything. He would learn more about what the situation he's in and would be one of the first ones to warn others if he detects any danger nearby. Even though his title as the strongest mage is self-proclaimed, he is definitely considered as a strong individual and would take a leap to protect his friends.
Fearless, Confident
His overly confident personality may be one of his good points as he fears nothing. Most of the time, he's not afraid to take the first step when doing certain things or challenge himself into some situations. No matter how strong the others are, he would give his all to defeat anyone since he hates getting looked down on and to prove that he's the strong one.
Rude, Arrogant
He tends to say things without a second thought so he's very rude most of the times, especially when he's irritated. He wouldn't even know if he accidentally hurt one's feelings. Even though he hates when people look down on him, he thinks it's okay for him to look down on them instead. He would rile them out by insulting them. Sometimes he would get away with it, sometimes karma hits back.
Tired, Distant
As he already lived a long life, eventually he got tired of it. There were times where he would just hurt himself, wanting to end it all but time resets for him anyways because he just couldn't die. And also because of his immortality, he tends to be cold and distance himself from others as he doesn't want to get hurt when they are all gone, leaving him alone again.

Skyler’s parents are mages but they died from protecting the town from dangerous curses or bandits but the townsfolk always misunderstand and would think all the troubles were caused by the mages. Skyler’s professor used to be his parents’ student and took care of him right after his parents died. The townsfolk would not welcome them, Skyler would get angry every time his professor get bad mouthed but the professor was kind enough to let it go.
“We were born special, we’re stronger than anyone in this town… so instead of taking advantage, let’s protect everyone yea?”
Skyler found the Book of Time in the library but his professor got angry at him and warn him to never touch it ever again. One day, the town was attacked by some unknown curse but the professor alone wasn’t strong enough to defeat it and got affected instead. Unable to control, he started to attack the town. Skyler had to kill his own professor and almost died too in the process. Right before his professor died, he was given the book and was asked to keep it safe instead of using it.
Unfortunately, the townsfolk blamed on Skyler and the professor for what happened and was put up for execution. It broke Skyler. The professor worked hard to protect the town and yet this is what they get. He wasn’t as kind as him, he doesn’t have much tolerance either. Filling with rage, he unlocked the book without knowing. Merged with the book’s spell, he moved the time to the future of the whole town: metal started to rust, plants started to withered, the townsfolk slowly turned into nothing but bones. As soon as he was done, he passed out for almost a week.
He woke up seeing the mess he made. He did not regret a single thing, deep down he definitely felt like the townsfolk deserved this, but he couldn’t keep the promise he made with his professor though and that haunted him. He slowly realises he couldn’t die. He thought he’d starve to death but each time he “dies” , time would turn back for him. Then, Skyler travelled around the world for about 100 years and accidentally teleported to the guild, passed out right in front of the mansion.

My dumb dumbs guild members
I swear to god if this woman tells me to put my hands on wall again I am going to call on old man abuse. Literally all she does is sipping tea and GETS KIDNAPPED- the amount of times I worry for her is way too much I'm too old for this.
His tail is super fucking fluffy I always have fun petting and brushing it... The thing is he is also the reason why I can't sleep well at night because of his loud moanings! from the goddamn dungeon! HOW CAN I HEAR IT FROM THE 2ND FLOOR??
Ugh I can not handle him at all. He pisses me off all the time I wish he could just shut up already!! What's worse is I can't do anything to piss him off! His lack of reactions and comebacks oh god pisses me off so much goddamnit.
One of the good kids in this guild. Her honest attitude is quite refreshing but also the way her words just stabs... But still, she's young and curious, I don't mind teaching her some magic spells. It'd be good for her to grow strong.
My roommate. He can be quite annoying at times when I find my belonggings to be missing but he's pretty fun to hangout with I guess... It does makes me happy to know that I'm not the shortest, heh.
His dancing is really nice to see but like... Is he not embarrassed wearing those thin looking outfits that's showing his chesticles- I mean I'm not interested in it but horny over there should chill.
Probably one of the one in the guild that I could trust. I relate to his anger issues yes and he is absolutely done with everyone I think that's funny. He's pretty cool.
I'm neutral with her I guess. Though her straight foward personality pisses me off sometimes like god I get it SO STOP CALLING ME OUT IN EVERY SINGLE THING.
This little shit right here is also one of my buddy. He can be also quite annoying at times but he's a pretty cool dude to hangout with. He can be really annoying at times but somehow its tolerable.
