Blu is an experiment who was taken at a young age. The facility is all he has ever known. Sugar and Reeko are his only friends, as most of the other experiments seem uncomfortable around him.

IN THE FACILITY

Born with a birth defect causing Blu to have no arms, Blu wasn't a wanted child. Instead of being taken to somewhere that would properly take care of him, he was snatched by an unethical group of "scientists" to create lifeforms with supernatural powers. Blu was a relatively successful experiment, though for some reason unknown to him, Blu is filled as "dangerous."
FREEDOM FOUND
" It's so... colourful... "
After one of the experiments has a violent outburst, Blue, Reeko, and Sugar were able to sneak through a broken wall in the facility. The three of them work together to hide from the scientists and find a new life for themselves in the real world.
