HEYO!! Just wanted to make a TOS for any adopts that I make.

I usually say these things in the character profile but I’ll say here in more detail.

• If you adopt a character from me (one’s that I have created, adoptable or not) I’d appreciate if you'd make at-least one art work of them. It by all means does not have to be finished, it could be a tiny doodle. Just anything that shows me that you did plan to keep said character but fell out of interest. It’s shows me that the design went appreciated :))

• When you adopt/receive a design from me you have all power to redesign as much as you’d like just try to keep it recognizable!!

• To when you are planning on adopting please adopt as if you’ll be their forever home, I’d love for them to go to a good home where they will be used or at-least drawn some (fully finished pieces, doodles, sketch's, written lore, anything really). Keep in mind that you DO NOT break the TOS by drawing them just to put them up for adoption, I see no difference personally just as long as I can see they got some love.

• Please refrain from claiming my designs as your own, it is incredibly disrespectful when I put a lot of work into a design just for someone to say they did it themselves.

• If you adopt one of my designs through art and/or trading do not try to sell the character you received from me unless they have added on art. I should also say, when I make adopts I put a “base price” for the character, this is for people purchasing a design so they can have note on how much they originally were. This  means that if you adopted the design through art, trading, or any other way that does not include virtual/real money, don’t sell them at their base price. Continuing this, if you do purchase a character at their base price with no farther art please refrain from charging someone more then what you paid.
