North is the Angel (which in this setting, makes him a lesser god under a main Goddess) of Winter, ice, snow, and related concepts.
He has a wolf form, but his primary form is that of a white-haired humanoid with ice for armor and clothes, I just have not drawn that in a while
He has strength, wind power, and light magic, though these are secondary powers and not part of his domain as Winter-god.
The reason North has red markings is because he took advantage of the fact there never was issued any laws or regulations in the dress code limiting what colors a Angel can choose to use.
Marking himself with red was his somewhat cheap attempt to stand out from his predecessors; North is one of a succession of Winter, ice, or cold, -related gods and he badly wants to stand out from of all of them in every single way because he is the most proud of them all.
(When an Angel dies, they may or may not eventually be replaced with a different Angel filling the same or simular role)
Solarius considered issuing a law banning doing this partly because of just North, though some other Angels were doing simular things, but ultimately he did not do so after a voting test revealed most did not wish for the law to be passed, deeming it too limiting of their freedom.
I fiddle with my OC designs before I decide just how I want them to look, so that's the reason the design is diffrent in each picture down there. His ice is intentionally supposed to be move around and change too; it's newly regernated after every time he makes it disappear, so it has a reason not to have the same exact shape twice.
