Half-Elf Draconic White Sorcerer specializing in Ice spells. Loves  exploring and hunting for treasure, often accepting more risk than  probably wise for it.
She documents all of her knowledge and is easily absorbed in reading.  Will talk about any information at length regardless how dry or  uninteresting it is.
Comes off a bit cold or weird sometimes due to not being accustomed to local norms.

Background:
Lived most of her life in a secluded town in the Deep Ice, a cut off far north Region that largely consists of nothing but snow and ice.
Mostly working as Hunter/Scavenger/Archaelogist in the Ice Fields,  hunting and tracking animals, exploring old ruins, or picking up the  pieces of caravans and travellers that underestimated the danger of the  frozen waste.
She also tended the local library, documenting local history, her own  discoveries or reading/sorting the rare books they acquired through  trade caravans.
Being caught in a cave in into an ancient ruin and too injured to make  it out on her own, she scavenges to find (and drink) a flask which she  believed to be a health potion.
Barely managing to get back home, she falls unconscious for several  days, growing her draconic features (scales, eyes, lips), scaring the  locals who believe it to be some kind of disease or posession.
They decide the best course of action is to teleport her away to an unknown destination.
Waking up in a Forest in a to her unknown Region with strange powers,  she makes her way into a nearby Town to try and make sense of it all and  maybe find a way back home.
There she talks with Merila, who is an "expert" on wild magic phenomena, and eventually teams up with the rest of the group to team up for a  journey, hoping to gain more knowledge and funds.

Random Notes:
- Favorite Food is Fish, especially dried and salted.
- Despite being a magic user now, she was an excellent Hunter, handy with the Crossbow and Knives.
- Can play the Flute; prefers calm melodies. (Held sideways, its not a recorder)
- The cloth is very smooth, similar to Egyptian Cotton (image link)
- Casting magic affects herself, most often with ice magic causing mild hypothermia on extended use; especially in the hands and arms.

Spell List: Ray of Frost, Shape Water, Prestidigitation, Mage Hand, Ice Knife, Shield, Mirror Image, Spider Climb 
Her Spells are all ice themed; for example shield is a barrier of ice. Feel free to be creative with this too :)

The Party (& Phedras thoughts on them):
Merila - Nerd Duo. Hopes to learn more about her Condition & Magic from him.
Tinik - Lizard who seems a bit weird and scary at times, but has proven to be a capable ally so far.
Farbien - Bard In-Training supporting the party. Seems friendly, maybe a bit unstable, definitely unreliable...
Liliana -  Fire Sorceror that was rescued from a Gnoll Jail/Pantry during their  adventures. Good ally, though maybe a bit careless at times.
