These apply to all adopts posted on this account unless otherwise stated in the caption or post. 

Once you become the owner of an adopt/design, you’re free to do as you wish with the character. You can change the gender, colors, clothing if it applies, or parts of the design, etc. You’re basically free to use them for whatever you’d like (except commercial use). Credit is very much appreciated but not necessary <‘3

Gifting/Trading/Reselling

You’re allowed to give or trade the design away to anyone you want.

As for reselling, you’re allowed to do that as long as you don’t sell it for more than what you got it for unless you’ve got more art to go along with it(art that comes with it does not count) 

What you can’t do

Although small, I do not want you editing out my watermark/signature once I send you the character’s reference in full resolution.

Do NOT claim the design as something you made either. As stated before, crediting isn’t necessary but don’t claim you created the design yourself. Even if you’ve made changes to the overall design of the character, still credit me for the base design of it at least. 

I do NOT want any of my art/designs being used for nfts or to feed into an ai art generator.

Any form of stealing will result in an immediate block.
