Kadee was born and Semi raised in Namasi City. Unable to stand the attitudes around him he  ran off and became a wanderer. The vagabond traveled around between all the villages and was able to apply his specialty of trading to help himself and the villages he visited. Eventually due to the kindness of the villagers he started to have a semblance of a home in Chesh via the residents allowing him to use a home as a store house because of this Kadee lets the citizens take whatever they want from the storehouse free of charge. If any tried to reimburse him the crafty Eelum would sneak the 'pay' back into the villagers residence/pockets.
