Spencer is Narcotics the Wizard's boyfriend and his assisant. Spencer has the minor power of traveling through time. He's not very powerful, so he's limited to traveling through a week at most. However, this gives him all the time in the world to go around and collect information! Spencer's job is to go around the world with a camera, recording basically everything he sees. When he gets tired or when Narcotics the Wizard calls him back, he returns home and gives all the footage to Narcotics the Wizard. Narcotics the Wizard then uses this in his own job. They're coworkers turned boyfriends!
