Ruth

Ruth Agnes Reyes is a low energy hairless Chihuahua. She seems to have hair in spite of her breed, but please don't mention that. She seems to be self conscious about it. 

You like hanging out with her. She's not the best conversationalist, but she's a good listener, and she knows where to get the good kush. 

Ruth lives at her mom's house in The City's suburbs, where she babysits her little siblings during the day to avoid paying rent.
