by purchasing adoptables or designs made by me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. failure to comply may put you at risk of becoming blocked or blacklisted depending on severity.

. . .  ★ DESIGNS/ADOPTS. ━━━━━━━

GIFTING / PERSONAL USE / STATUS:
✦ if you have received a design (that i have made) through any means, you're free to gift/trade them as you wish! 

✦ you may co-own my designs!

✦ you may redesign characters or designs i've made to any extent; they are yours!

✦ do not delete or change my credit!

PAYMENT & WORTH:

✦ adopts that are not properly paid for within a reasonable time (24 - 72 hrs - especially if no hold or delayed payment is discussed) will go back up for purchase / offers, regardless if a claim has been made for them.

• art offers on designs do not have this time limit, but are expected to be completed in a reasonable time frame if a specific time of completion is not discussed - you must inform me if you cannot complete an art offer or wish to back out; if you ghost me for this payment option, i will be less likely to let you offer in the future.
• if you need to back out of a money offer / adopt claim, or payment plans have changed, i ask you to let me know as soon as possible.

✦ my designs may only be sold for their purchase price if they have no extra artwork or add-ons! 

• personal artwork, art trades, and other forms of addition to the character add worth as you see fit. (if you don't count art trades towards any worth, you don't have to add em! if you count personal art, you can add it to the worth!) as long as the character has MORE than what it was originally bought with, you can adjust the price.
• offering to buy my designs for more than their purchase price / more than they are worth, if they do not come with any extra art, is also not allowed.

✦ traded character worth does NOT add to the worth of designs you've obtained from me. if you traded a $20 character for my design worth $10, the design you now own is NOT worth $20-30, it must remain at $10 if it does not have any extra art.

✦ any closed species designs or customs i've made must follow the tos and resale rules of the closed species first and foremost.

✦ if the character doesn't have any official worth & no extra artwork and you need to resell, either for an emergency, funds, or any other reason, please contact me first and just let me know! i'll be very appreciative if you simply take the time of day just to contact me about it so i know the worth of a design isn't being inflated!

. . .  ★ GENERAL REQUESTS. ━━━━━━━

✦ please avoid directly (1 for 1) copying my designs/ocs or making designs based off them, whether it's a character made for myself, or an adoptable/design made for someone else, i ask politely that you not to do this. inspiration with a distinguishable design difference is perfectly okay!

✦ please do not kin / claim / use my designs (for rp, headworlds, personal use, etc.) when you are not the official owner of the design. 

✦ my designs may nor be used for hateful/discriminatory/etc artwork or activities.
